Caliper problem

Recently I attemped to change my front pads and found the sliders seized on the caliper. I managed to source a set of calipers from a breakers, which were in good condition and reasonably priced for secondhand, but are slightly different despite apparently coming off of a Maverick.
Is the breaker pulling the wool or are there variants?

Mistral had different brakes.

Re siezed sliders, most members are able to free them up, and use copper slip on them, and they are often fine.

BUT never take any chances with brakes.

Thanks rustic, might be a clue. The sliders were so seized I sheared them off! Maybe more patience necessary but I did spray them with copious amounts of wd40 over 2 days before attempting to put a spanner to them. And they twisted off into pieces quite easily!

Do not throw your old ones away, send em to me I can refurbish them for my off road motor, no probs, with all the water and mud then standing in between meets they are always seizing up so some more spares would be good, Rick
