Well, I've gone and done it haven't I?

Reversing the caravan down the drive and I've managed to catch my neighbour's fence post and rip off the front bumper and put a dent in the n/s/f wing :doh

Is it easy to remove the wing so I can tap the dent out, fill it and spray the patch?

Also is it easy to refasten the bumper onto the car?

Don't want to go through insurance cos the excess is £460!!!

Still kicking myself. First time in over 20 years caravanning I've hit something!

Cheers lads - Andy

Cheers Zippy, knew I could rely on someone on here for an answer. :thumb2

Re. the front towbar though - don't know if I'd like towing my caravan in reverse! :lol

ah but is it the caravan, the truck or your neck which is/isn't in reverse, got a front
bar on order for those hard to reach places where i wont have to strain over my shoulder
or in the mirrors, or more importantly not trying to decifier what the watchers are trying
to tell me....

depending on the side you put the push towbar. you can see down the side of it too
