yes ... i believe the gap is the same . just the springs are stronger to compensate for the extra weight of the lwb...

Yes just checked part numbers etc and they are the same across all models and years.

Which kinda explains something I've pondered before. Theres precious little gap on a std height truck to the stops and many people have reported in the past that however much weight they put in the back only squats down about 1", but if Nissan call them a helper spring then thats why they are designed to carry some of the load as well as act as a bump stop - people fitting landrover stops as a cheap alternative beware.
