Bulkhead seal

Right as the title says, bulkhead leaking on both sides AGAIN:doh, question is,

What have you guys used to cure this problem? Just after suggestions now cause I want/need to cure this now:augie:augie

I've used a tube of Sealastic or sumat like that. from motor factors not spares sales. David.
