Hi guys,
Just rebuilt the suspension and have found a few issues with the calipers. Main issue being the nipples are seized solid. Someone has previously butcher one side so it's going to be a drill and retap job but does anyone know the original thread size and pitch of the nipples? It's going to be better to rechase the threads then dream of cutting new ones.

I have never ever needed to even try to undo front nipples on a Terrano, just remove the caliper, pump the pedal a few times, then g-cramp the pistons back in, any air is vented back to the master cylinder, refit the caliper, pump the pedal till pistons in contact with pads, job done, Rick
