My Terrano seems to be a bit bouncy when driving along. I use to have a shogun the same many years ago. Does not bother me but the kids moan it makes them feel travel sick LOL.

Is there a way to stiffen the Suspension? Or does this cause other issues?

There is no issue with the vehicles suspension just that it is bouncy.

wot tyre pressures you running a they form first part of suspension.

26 in front always as max, and 26 -40 depending on load is more than
enough too. typically run 26 alround unless got half a ton of slabs in
back then air upto 40, even max nose weight of 115-140 would not
need 40 unless laden with passengers/baggage too.

40 psi!? sounds a lot to me....I thought 29 was suggested max under load/speed, or you'll be getting tyre wear....

Suggest you check your front suspension. I suspect you'll find it has sagged and you're hitting the bump stops a lot - common problem, affects Soggies/Pajies too as it goes - easy cost free fix in downloads.
