I had to cut the bolts attaching the rear prop shaft to the differential; impossible to get the old ones loose.
Nissan asks me 28 EUR + VAT per bolt :banghead, so I tried my luck at the local metal suppliers. They asked me about the bolt class I needed - 8.8, 10.9 or even higher. Anyone an idea?

I have now, temporarily to have the propshaft back in place so I can move the car in and out of the garage, standard hex bolts class 8.8, threaded the entire length.

Are these any good, or do I need
- higher strength class
- bolts with part unthreaded (as original)

I can off course order the Milner prop fix bolt kit, but they don't mention the class...

I would be using a 10.9 grade, and part unthreaded as original, bolt treads are rolled not cut so it is important that the unthreaded shank tightly fits the holes, Rick

That's what I thought as well. Will check Monday if they are to be had locally, if not it is another order for Milner's :)
