I'm posting this recent email I received today as I have experienced excellent service on both the the occasions I've dealt with Black Circles. (Mail order tyres supplied then fitted by local fitters of my choice from their approved list).

You may remember that I sent out an email to you last year asking for feedback on new products and any services you thought we should consider launching - it turned out that the most requested service was Car Servicing. This confirmed our own research and accelerated the development of the product which we had been working on for the past 2 years.
The key to our Servicing offer is you can get your car serviced to the same specification that you would expect from your Main Dealer for a fraction of the price. Many car servicing dealers, online and on the high street, promote and sell a 'Full Service' but it isn't a 'Manufacturer's Service'. The difference being that most "Full Services " don't follow the specifications set out by the Manufacturer in your vehicle's handbook - ours, on the other hand, does.
