cheers guys.... got a real treat today . caf cass just rang they want another 3 weeks to get report done . so wont be seeing the kids for a bit longer now
but on the bright side they are looking at everything so im happy they are being thorough

been working on the truck pics later ...

Sorry to hear about your troubles.... but if its any consulation caf-cass really do go from the thread to the needle, and the courts / social services do take a lot of notice of what they report. Brother-in-law has had dealings with them, to cut a long story short.... he has full custody now! :clap

no hearing on Thursday then? well sounds like they are doing a thorough job so heres hoping. earliest boat I can get now is Thursday lunchtime so i've booked that-just as well as a load of stuff has come up that has to be done before i go:doh

oh no ... still got the hearing on thursday..... but will only be told there is a delay so go home and wait for the report.

i have several options now . interim order possibly . or get it moved back to county court is my preference.

don't know what that last bit means Colin but its a Family Court matter not County Court, so why would you want it dealt with anywhere else????
