"How to inflate the Pillowtracks?
The Pillowtracks can be inflated by the standard air compressor available in most off-road travelers' vehicle. It can also be inflated with a hand pump. In mobility cases, as trench crossing for example, it can even be inflated by mouth blowing just as you would inflate a balloon."

is that after you've had it in the mud/sand/poo/stangnant water??:eek:

i think old favorite boards will be more sensible (and far quicker to deploy, how long is it going to take to inflate a couple of those bags with a typical 12v compressor??

spose you could always have a kip on it when the going got tough....:augie

Hi,

Inflation time would be less than one minue using a hand pump; about 1.2 min. using a compressor; and about 2.5 min by breath blowing.

It will easily lift a fully loaded Patrol (even with a hand pump...).

Pillowtrack

oh... and ... theoretically 8 sets would float a Suzuki Samurai...
