Benefit difficulties !

David Cameron has announced he intends to make it more difficult to claim benefits.

What gets me more than most things is if I get some official crap from the powers that be, and I am asked quite rightly if I would like it in large print, or brail, or in sound format that I can listen to the stuff, great, but then it goes on to list, Hindu, and dozens of other crap shit, what the F are we coming to, you just try going to their country and demand English, if I wanted, god forbid, to go and live in Italy, I would not dream of it unless I could speak at least a good amount of Iti, Rick

True enough, but most of these folk openly admit they have no reason to learn English. Why should they, we do all the translations for them.
A lot of the blame for this is on us, not them.

ps. I actually get more annoyed about things arriving in Welsh. How many Welsh people can't speak English?
pps. I am mostly Welsh myself.
