Spent a couple of hours tonight making up wiring looms - not finished yet.
To give you some idea I bought 103m of cable, modular fuse/relay box with 16 way fuse holder & 2 x 4 way relay holder, 6 switches, 5 x 5 blade relays (got some 4 blade already), cable junction box, 100A (180A peak) relay for split charge.
Tonight I made up the roof loom, will run 4 front spots, 2 rear reverse/work lights and a beacon. Bunched up the front loom, 4 spots, but not finished it and bunched up the control loom, again not finished yet.
Theres provison in the fuse box etc for later projects like air horns and electric fan etc. + a couple of spares
All cabling is thin wall lightweight stuff and is being put in braided nylon sleeving and then cable tied on place to cable tie saddles.
Inside the following are going in

Its a bit of a mammoth excerise but will be worth it when done, the loom I've done already looks really good and the whole effect will be better than original equipment IMHO. I used to work doing stuff like this on rally cars but its been a few years since I did anything on this scale - quite enjoying it really, no scotchloks, no solder almost exclusively non insulated crimps with boots if necessary.Car PC with 9" touchscreen
