Has anyone heard of tyre balancing beads? I read somewhere they're put in big old 4x4 tyres to help balancing the buggers.
I've got one of my 35s that's just wrecked the tyre man's balancing machine, it now says ERROR :augie:lol
I'm struggling to find them in the UK but don't know the trade names etc :nenau
Any body know ? :thumbs

I've now found a few available in UK.
Dynabeads 'king expensive
Trax tyre balance bags , so far trade only :doh but spoken to the director of sales :sly
The winner so far from Devon 4x4 about 7 quid a tyre :clap
Update soon :D

there are a lot of ebay usa sellers for these, it does seem like a very god idea. no more lost balancing weight and (alegedly) reduced tyre wear!

I could be talking rubbish but could you not just use wheel weights for balancing?:nenau

Yes but they get knocked off  though in my case my tyres is just too big for most tyre garages to balance.
I went to one today that does vans and lorries. They managed to get two sort of balanced then the third one they tried wrecked their machine :augie
ERROR , oops. Some tyres are less well made than others too :(
Balance beads seam to work really well as per you tube and 4x4 forums etc.

Here in wales we too have tractors , there's one over the road :lol
The tractor garage down the road doesn't balance them though
