Just thought I'd post these, never put one up before, not even a tent!!
My friend helped me figure it out, was a lot easier than I expected! I can't wait to go on holiday and get it up (ooerr) and I love the colour, matches the stripes on the van :thumb2 :D

Nice looking unit...

We have a big, full awning, but because of it's size, we don't normally bother with an awning unless we are staying more than a week, and even then, not always.

Last year though, we purchased a cheap inflatable awning that looks a bit like yours... Much easier to put up, so we are more inclined to use it for short damp weekends new, as it is an easy place to leave your wellies...

Yeh I know what you mean, there is a huge awning for this caravan that was used when it was at Sherwood Forest for 18 months, far too big and complicated to put up even for a fortnight, I'll post a pic up.

There is an inflatable version of mine I've seen on you tube, this really is so easy to put though :D

Wow... that really is getting to the point of being ridiculous...

We have the 2 side bits that stick out each side, but not the extra front bit as well.. Luckily ours still had the normal side panels, so the sticky out bits are up in the loft... We even had an extra inner tent that went up leaving a small corridor down the side of the van, so you had the 2 2man sleeping areas each end, plus a 4man bit inside the awning as well... The van was a 6 berth as well, so 14 people in one van.. I always wondered what sort of bus they towed it with..:lol

:lol thats enough room for a rugby league team and there coach, they would probably need a coach to pull them all

more than enough reason to sell mine, Rick

If you ever assemble it (or is it them) rick, mark or number the poles or whatever for easy assembly next time, I reckon that would be a good selling point!
I bet the thought of loads of hassle puts loads of people off buying one. Its just finding the time though innit!!

Point taken, I think in order to get a half decent pic or two of it, it needs to be erected, and how the ef you sort out the poles and other bits I leave to the imagination, certainly will not be for a while as far to much to do, have not been off road for months:(, Rick

Thats no good, put em away 'n get yourself off mate. Come back to them when you're in the mood and they'll practically put themselves up, if not search you tube with make and model :lol :lol

About 20 mins to put up a standard awning, I have to do loads when I do a change over t a big festival, right pain in the ass

If I remember correctly zippy is gate man, but do not worry I will not be bringing them, Rick
