AVM HUBS. Sorry you must have answered this in the past

I own a 4.2TD jap Y60 and my auto hubs are shot, The AVMs are on the way but Milners didnt know if they came with ALL parts needed, or if I will need to order additonal washers, snap rings from Nissan Dealer.
Has anybody fitted AVMs?

Any help is most appreciated,

Sorry I no experience of the Patrol but if they are anything like the Terrano units you have to remove bits to fit them. Have you tried calling Milners for advice?

are the avm's autos too. if not and manuals then no snap rings. if going to trouble of changing would personally recommend manuals. i havent yet but will when my autos fail. as have amny others here.

AVMs.

Yes the AVMs are manuals.

Will keep you posted on their performance once fitted

My Autos failed for no apparent reason after 80000miles.

Symptoms
1) audible thunk when slowing down to a stop
2) grating sound whilst driving (gears out of mesh) but only intermittently.
