people say use filo pastry , but i dont , i use a normal pastry mix ... half flour half veggie fat .....but roll it out very thin

another thing ...... ALL the flour must be mixed into the veggie fat ( best if the veggie fat is room temp ) ...... no flour must dust off the pastry .... its basically trial and error by the amounts you use ........ but roll it very thin after its " rested in a bowl for at least 10 mins .... hope that helps mate :thumb2
