Anyone relocated their spare wheel bracket ?

I want to move mine up by about 3 inches for the fitment of a 265/75/R16 spare wheel ........ would it be easy enough ?

Shouldn't need it that high for one of those I've had that size colway spare on - was tight but went on. Though I don't think the insa turbos I have on would quite fit as they are marginally bigger.

I believe if you turn the carrier upsdedown it is a bit offset so lifts the wheel up.
