Any recommended garages?

Hi - can anyone recommend any good garages in the Yardley/Stechford area of Birmingham? (and by good I mean ones that are fair, doing a decent job for fair money - not rip-off merchents)

I don't mind paying for necessary work at a fair rate (I cannot do much myself!) but don't like the idea of MOT's being used as excuses for work.

My concern is that I believe my Terrano is leaking power steering fluid from the steel pipes under the radiator (noticed this morning) and after reading some postings this morning I'm not sure if it'll pass the MOT without work, but I don't want it stuck in a garage that insist on using genuine Nissian pipes when there seems to be acceptable options!?
