any help appreciated for these bulbs

Hi all, I need to replace these bulbs from my heater controls any idea where I can get them?? And does anyone know if the white parts are holders or are they all one as I can't get them out hahah they did all have blue covers on but the two soon came off

Maplins used to sell 12v bulbs with long wire legs, Ive replaced them using those on a Primera years ago.

That's what I did to repair mine, Nissan couldn't help

You may find the wires are to thick and the holder won't fit back in, I took my old LED unit to Maplins and they got me one which fitted the old holder

T3 is equivalent to 39397-SA5-003, 35852-SEP-A02, 35853-SDA-A01

T4 is equivalent to T4.2, 79674-S3N-941

T5 is equivalent to T4.7, 79607-SHJ-S01
I have these three options does any one know which one is the correct heater control bulbs replacement?? Thanks all

Haha I know and belive me I use James for everything but he can't help with this I'm afraid hahaha
