The last world cup I had been sent on a course to Abingdon, stayed at a pub just south called the Barley Mow. When the England match was on the pub made a thing of it and the guy I was on the course with couldn't understand why I found going for a walk and then going to Asda (may be Tesco) at Abingdon more interesting. It was great, nice n quiet. Got plenty goodies and went back to my room and chilled out. This time I'm too ill to go for a drive so I'm stuck at home bored silly.

well, i didnt even watch the match, and i found it boring, and predicatble. I like to think of it as England lost, because as usual the over paid players didnt REALLY put in the effort, typically underestimating their opponants- but thats my uneducated opinion!
