In other words, arch extensions :lol
It's been on the Black Pearl's list of things to do for some time, and as I'm on the road more and more going to comps, I'm pre-empting the stop from Plod :bobby:
Acquired some conveyor belt stuff and set about cutting it into strips

On the inside of the arch I then drilled holes and fitted rivnuts. All gooed in with tiger seal.

Then a trial fit so I can get all the holes to line up. Not to hard to do as each rivnut leaves a nice circular mark on the rubber . Used that for hole centres :thumbs

Then the whole thing gets another coat of undersseal and then half a tube of tiger seal before finally bolting it into place.

After much finger licking goo I got this did a bit of trimming too :lol
