So after having a little accident with my leak off pipes and making a bit of a mess on the floor I realise that running a heat exchanger and new veg has taken it's toll on the rubber stuff and it's just not up to the job.

I've done some legwork and tried to use the search facility and there's not really anything fruitful but a quick look around the web and on the BioDiesel forum I use and these lot seem to be the go to guys but which type and ID !?!?!?

http://www.par-group.co.uk/hose-and-ducting/flexible-tubing/

I know the original stuff is 3.5mm but something with a 3mm ID would be better to ensure the clips aren't doing all the work :nenau

I want to get the best stuff suitable for Diesel/Bio/Straight Veg all being heated to +80 degrees

Discuss.........

80 degrees :nenau that's hot mate!!
3mm is what I used, had one lot that lasted 2 mins and this lot I bought 5 meters off is lasting well. Try a different pipe on each section and see which performs best :thumb2

Will the steel leak off pipes from the zexel set up motors not fit?
Never had to replace mine for this very reason.

Yeah the zexel ones you have to undo top of injector and they're one piece and fit over injector with copper washers Bosch are just push fit onto them

Yeah mate got a heat exchanger fitted and also going to get a Kenlowe Hostart fitted too so I can plug in on a timer in the garage to deal with the cold starting too.

This is what allows me to run 100% SVO on -3 morning like these :naughty

I was going to ask the same question to be honest but sure James has told me the same thing in the past

the fx4 2.7 had steel 1 piece with 4 connectors that link all injectors together so no leaks about 50 from taxi parts.pity they do not do it for later 2.7

What about from No1 Injector to IP as the new Bosch Pumps are different
