it should be on the near side electric box - above the wheel. There should be I think 4 relays, and its the one nearest the arch, nearest the window.

doubt it is the relay, does the blue light come on when you press the AC button? how do you know it is full of gas? the compressor has a connecting wire remove it and check for 12v between the wire from the loom and earth, if 12v then either the pressure switch on the compressor has failed or the electric clutch has failed, if no 12v then low on gas or pressure switch on accumulator left side of rad has failed or bad wires, Rick

aircon

is it possible to loop out pressure switch to get compresser to run so I can refill system with Halfords ez chill can- I have green light on ac switch in cab blower works fine but do not have 12v at compresser connector I take it you cannt refill system without compresser running

you do not need compressor running to re fill, just stick your refill can in hot water (60 C) for 20 mins and it will go in without problem, up end the can so liquid goes in, let it stand for a few mins before running, compressor does not like liquid, Rick

lol, mine failed when I took the car out today, 1st use since mot and aircon recharge last month, bridged out the pressure switch as suggested here and the aircon clutch kicked in so its either the switch has failed or they have left a leak after recharging, booked in for the garage to take a look next week as I don't have the gear to check the pressures

it will be the ali pipes where they go through the rubbers on the support clips, the rubbers collect and hold salt from many winters, Rick
