is your air con working properly ? .... apparently its going to be over 90 degrees f in the uk this weekend :eek:
 
on the subject of air con ...... how do you get to and clean the pollen filter ? ...... is it easy and something i could do bearing in mind my disability ? :nenau

to be honest pete i would get your grandson to do it for you mate, just give him instructions, :lol why you drink the tea, :doh

erm .... my grandson is only 8 ..... dont ya mean my nephew ?
 
sod the aircon, just make sure motor is cooled enough. you can alway wind down
the window. I say this has just had vanout to test previously overheating patrol
and sure enough it is again, only took a couple of hilly roads near me. glad wasnt
holiday bound.

found even with electric fan on, the viscous was doing sod all, sloppy as anything
so back to garage...cos i aint taking those belts off and putting em on again!

then i'll check the aircon..presume it needs gassing as is just room/road temp not
icey like old carwas.

btw does a misty have a pollen fillter, can't recall full as my mk2 t2 didnt but it
didnt have a/c either. isnt it behind glove box?

Yes lovely and chilly thank you.

It's managing 6degC at the centre vents at 25deg C ambient.

Somewhat rather irritated that I've just had to replace the condensor again after it split at 14months old.
