Air bag light and horn not working. Sorry guys !!

Hi chaps my mates mav has the air bag light on permanantly and his horn has stopped working ??

The air bag light stayed and and horn stopped at the same time.

It was when we done the bodylift we undone the steering box bolt and when finished we didn't tighten the bolt up tight enough and the poxy thing came clean off !!!

Thankfully it was in a field out of harms way !!

But ever since the air bag light has stayed on and the horn hasn't worked what could it be.

He removed the steering wheel today and he said nothing looked broken ??

Could the horn relay gone tits up or a fuse of some kind ??

He's not bothered about the airbag light I think we can remove the dash bulb can't we ???

But the horn is more concerning ad the mot is due in a few days and that's a certain failure

just mot my car today and they checked that the air bag light comes on goes off so you may find removing the bulb will result in a failure because it has air bags are fitted the light must work to show no fault with them someone on here might be able to tell you how to reset the light but be very carefull of messing with the airbags do not be in front of it as it may go off when you are trying to fix it :thumb2
