adware virus?

i'm getting loads adverts coming up on all the web pages i visit, even this club, don't know why these are all of a sudden happenening, i haven't downloaded anything, they are ads like this

You've took your dads advice then, Dodgy sites. Just stick to good ones. :lol

Something like avg anti virus should get rid of them. If it's a little harder to get rid go in safemode and restore to a time before you got them.

be careful closing these with the button provided as can be cross wired to do other things.

better to right click on tab in bottom bar of screen, or use task manager to see whats going on.

remember unlike anti virus you can have two anti spam/adware progs running at same time, handy incase one of them misses the activity.

Yeah, if I right click it says not responding and on some other ones it closes fine. That's when IRS done via task manager

Use Spybot - Search & Destroy (free) http://www.safer-networking.org/dl/

Backed by a decent antivirus/firewall security. I use Eset but that's not free, but is damn near the best.

Avast is reasonable as a freeware, I believe.
