advice please

hi all,
what do you lot think of the 20% uprated rear springs that milners do, was thinking of getting a pair and your worldly advice would be greatfull,
was going to do shocks aswell, or any alternatives you may recommend.

Dont know about Millers but I got my shocks and springs from Trex:thumbs
