1995 Mistral 2.7td
Parked up at home and hit by truck which did not hang arround, driver side front.
Damage not too severe at first glance, will have to repair/replace the wing and do cosmetic work on the bumper and arch plastic.
Under the bonnet things not too good, force of impact destroyed the oil filter, which (I think) collided with the engine mount - 3 hours to repair in a proper garage, battery also relocated itself!
Can anyone tell me what other items I shall need to check, other than the tracking and suspension?
Not much point in involving the insurance, at least I hope not! Once the excess is taken into consideration I would have another date to remember at renewal time for the next 5 years - pain in the backend when you have 4 insurances running!
