Bikled to the pub last night with my caravan neighbour and a short cut happened to be a green lane. A little way down we found a few ruts into woodland and then we saw this:lol

Apparently it has been there 3 or 4 days. It looks like it has been rifled through, the back door is open and belongings floating in the water! and someone had smashed the screen. It has a hydraulic winch but the cable was in the water behind and waffle boards bent and buried.
On the roof there's a fold out tent.
The jeep had a front flat and we found bits of trim scattered around.

Someone had been enjoying themselves for a little while, then it all turned to sh*te :lol

Quite honest with you, it's likely to have been stolen and the scrotes have got it stuck. Might be worth phoning the police and letting them know. Chances are they'll do bugger all but at least you've done the right thing.

There's a few quid in that vehicle & I wouldn't have thought the owners would've left it, but you never know.

VIN plate will be traceable through DVLA by the police if the reg. plate is missing.....:nenau

I was riding past there earlier and saw a couple of LR's parked up in the lane. Had a chat with them and they knew nothing about it but had taken details, asked on their forum and informed the police. The reg plate is still on the back. :nenau

I recon the photograph is misleading, it implies it has been driven though the mud, but in fact it could have been reversed in from the other side lol...
