Right, just found this while looking around my T2 yesterday, so how much trouble is it to get fixed? The nearside one looks OK.

Ouchie, not sure if extensive or not, someone will be along with an answer though. Fingers crossed :thumb2

Looks like the O/S/F bumper mount ? if it is you should be able to get another one off one of the guy's who are breaking up T2's on here or if you have some steel you could prob make a new one up

I took mine off . its the bumper cross member and they cost £400+ from dealer and you can't find them anywhere second-hand . so took it off and cut the crap out and welded in a old spade head I had . now it looks as good as new now and will out last most of the car . . when they go the corners of the bumper will drop . if you was closer I would weld it up for you

That's the rub, I can't weld or have access to the gear. How I wish I had paid attention at motor vehicle college :doh

However I do like the answer in post #2 :augie

To me it looks like the metal bumper reinforcer, chances are the rest of it will be in similar state. The plastic just clips on to it so not that bad to replace I would of thought. As said one of the people breaking Terranos should have something kicking around.

I did a photo shoot of all the work involved in repairing this little member, likely as not it will be much worse across the front hidden behind the bumper have a search of my threads probably around a year ago, but memory dims, Rick

I also have the light weight steel bumper brackets on mine.:lol:lol
Soon to be modified as I am doing a bit of trimming on my front bumper for clearance.:thumb2
