Not a route i get to do very often as most of the lanes are grass topped so can get trashed easily in wet weather.

Sounds like a plan:thumb2
Opposite the ford off the main road there is a lane that goes up the hill.
Can be driven or walked if you fancy it.
The farm at the top keep rare breed cattle and​ there is always some weird and wonderful creatures in his fields.
