A/C Vent Hose

When having my exhaust changed the other day I noticed some light drips coming from a hole in the chassis near the A/C condenser. Having not long since ran the A/C & also I hadn't taken her out in the recent rain, I figured this is where it was originally coming from.
Does the A/C vent to the chassis or is it a sun roof leak off pipe, because whatever it is I don't want it leaking into the chassis before dripping to the road.
I plan on moving said leak pipe, but I need to know where it comes from first.
