3x 3 point belt in 2nd row

gathered from Tubbs and jocky these do have all 3 seats in middle row as 3 pointers
but seen some Y61s on ebay where looks like middle is just a lap belt as belt is spread
across seat.

looking to find out what year it changed, seems odd that having gone to y61 in 98 that
a structal thing like this would change.

If it helps my Y61 has 3-3 point belts and was registered in Jan 2005
The middle belt comes down from the roof clips into a small belt holder then the correct sized holder to make a 3 point belt

thanks for that as many pix show back seat but not clear arrangement of middle seat's
belt.

is the 2nd row 50/50 split or 60/40 or something else, looking at going to see an 03.

presume that rules out centre having a head rest then. mind would be choice location
for a baby seat so less important.

my 01 registered T2 has a lap belt only in the middle second row. The 2nd row folds down in a 50/50 split.

reckon longer part on seat base is what i've seen. roof mount bit like father in
laws scenic, interesting as some cars have upper mount in top of seat.

thanks for that bit of piece of mind, just bought little one a larger seat by britax,
an eclipse wihc will probably be taller than back of seat. when we are on hol and
5 of us go out try to put seat in middle of his renault.

the rear row have head rests but seen some advertised with out them, did older
y61s come without them, was an x reg was looking at?

well seems doesnt follow, been to see an '03 and definitely only a lap belt for
centre of 2nd row. 2 lovely arm rests when only 4 or 6 up, back to drawing
board.

oh well bought a 2000 today, seems lap belt in centre but sod it is the 5/7th seat anyway.

the third row appears to have slots for head rests, any ideas where can pick up a pair?
