Yes they will but be aware that the early 215 shod trucks came with 6" steels - also remember you measure a rim width across the inside not the outside of the rim so can't be measured with tyre on.

I recon I have about 3 months life left in the 235/75/R15 tyres I have and there is not a great diff in price , so as long as they fit ok I see a Tyre lift .
