depends if its just milimeters you could get away with just a few taps of the knocking stick rather than shelling out on a lift kit

No, that's a yes , they will fit. They're about 1/2 an inch smaller than 31s :thumb2 So you should even be able to keep your flaps :clap

You wont need to bash it :doh
You MAY need a trim of the bumper plastic and possibly the mud flaps , that#s all :thumbs
It may also be an odd size to find a 255 , 265 more common and therefore cheaper
