2.7 TDi air con belt change.

I've been giving the new T2 a bit of a once over, I noted the fan belt was frayed, so I decided to order all 3 belts - alternator, power steering and air con belt and change them all.

I had a look this afternoon and I figured out the power steering and alternator belt, but I can't see the method of slackening the air con belt. I also noted that it has an additional small pulley that it routes around, can anyone tell me what this pully is? And is it advisable to change it when changing the belt?

Any advice would be most welcome.

that small pulley has a nut in the centre and an adjusting bolt on the top, loosen the centre nut and adjust up and down on the top 12mm nut, Rick
