Any suggestions please for a switchable 12v diesel primer ? One that can be switched to prime but then free flow for normal driving.

i fitted 1 to my terry when i was having fuel supply issues,it just gets fuel to filters on its own not relieing on the suck from the ip.
but it turned out to be a ip fault and once i changed the ip,from rick, i no longer needed it so removed it.its now in my caravan as an onboard water pump so one in the barrel is not needed.being self priming its ace.

Try his Diesel Flavoured Moonshine :doh

On a serious note TDoug, I've fitted one as a replacement for the hand operated primer on the standard filter setup on the Terrano, as I'm using those MANN Bio Proof filters with the Eckes Oil Filter to heat the veg up I lost my primer and it's not good to crank a dry pump so now I plan to replace the broken one there currently for this one so I can just switch it on as and when needed upon a filter replacement

Going back on the bio :naughty

OK cannot argue with that, the Facit pumps are good we chose them when banger racing, Rick
