what is the at power hold button on the dash of my mistral . i know im being thick just brought it drove it home & havant investigated it yet. at? automatic transmision ...

the switch you refer to is to change the settings on the gearbox

power mode prolongs gear changes and uses more fuel as a result

at mode is for normal every day driving

hold or economy mode is the opposite of power mode and is ideal for motorway driving or driving in snow

hope this helps

The 'Power hold' button does not prolong gear changes!
It 'Holds' the gear that you are in at the time you select it... to stop the box jumping between the two borderline gears!! So you can hold a gear for economy or power depending how you is driving init!!:thumbs

ok , when selecting drive and then pressing power mode it " appears " to prolong gear changes .... i stand corrected :thumb2

Also when switched to hold i dont think it ever drops to first so if you come to a stop and drive off it starts you in second i might be speaking bollocks ut thats what it feels like anyway lol.
