Managed to get sorted. Figured out it would only rotate one direction and lost some skin in the process. Got the 6 mm bolt in place so happy days.

If by chance someone has forgotten to pin the scissor gear before removing the fuel pump gearing on a zd30, how would that said fool then get the tension back on the scissor gear, and pin it in the correct place?
