Just thought I would update this thread. It was the Clutch fork that was the problem. I didnt attempt the job myself this time, i know my limits! Took it to a friends garage. When he got the gearbox out he found the clutch was already new so it seems someone has tried to fix the problem before...

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I signed up before it broke but hadnt got round to posting yet. The problem is the clutch, i thought it was minor but this weekend it got worse! I will post up in the Tech section for help.
