    Cut the boot floor out to get to the spring hanger, Makes it much easier. Cut both hangers off, As the others probably similar condition. Use a bit of C channel to bridge the chassis sides, Springs sit in the C channel.

    Not a bad price to be honest, Someone on FB was selling ones he fabbed himself but no idea if he still is. Others have used C channel to bridge the chassis and the coils lay in the channel.

    I think some thermostat top covers are plastic, Prone to cracking when over tightened. Could be that.

    Don't worry, They drove past my house on one of their clique meets a few years ago and not even an invite as a passenger. With two broken wrists and in casts for 6 months + would of been a nice morale boost, but hey ho.
