Thanks for the ideas, unfortunately I've been a dumbo and left it to long from the MOT, I had it done and forgot about it, thanks any way.I was going to replace ARB bushes and drop links anyway so perhaps I'll 'catch' it :-)

Hi Guys, This is my first post for a very long time! please forgive me! I have an advisory notice on my MOT, that says "front compliance bushes perished" can anyone confirm that these are the bushes on the end of the wish bone rod? or am I in completely the wrong place? All thoughts greatfully...
