Thanks guys, well prised the top of the door with a couple large screwdrivers, and a long piece of fencing wire, gaffertape and a magnet, got keys back out and hey presto!!!! but he still ordering that spare key ;)

Just checked my cd manual, (which u can buy from the club, see link on main page, lower righthand side) there are two adjustments on the pedal, height and play, the play can be adjusted with the master cyclinder push rod lock nut and the second is the pedal height using the pedal stopper bolt...

yea i also recommend to check welds mine snapped off, had to fabrcate and refit it, fabrication was the easy part, but god tryin to fit it was a killer. but it can be done.
