Agree with you on that one, imo buying another truck is not an option. The offer of a mechanic to swap the engines over, all be it on the south coast, gets my vote, i am quite happy to chip in again to get this truck back on the road. Then it is down to Briggie to do with it what he wants........

That seems to be the main problem with these trucks, is the dreaded tinworm. Mine was like a flintstone car in the rear, there was only the carpet holding things together.....

Just repaired the same , could not find repair panels i just made my own.

Make them yourself out of angle and stud bar.........
