yes thats all he thought was wrong with his was a buggered thermostat.... he put a new 1 in and it still done it... it only used a bit of water to start with then it got more and more thirsty till pop and he had very steamy windows!!!!

a mate had his head gasket go on his toyota surf! which i belive are prone to going on them!!! he had no mayo on the oil filer cap ect!!! the only thing that happend was the engine temp would rise now and again to the red zone:eek: and then back to normal......... then it went all together and...

will do:) cant belive the water is coming from inside the pollen filter .............it dry every ware else on the outside of the filter casing ect!! i their was enough water in the footwell for a swan to have a paddel around in!!!

this morning went to start my truck and had a large puddle of water in the passengers footwell:( trace back to ware it seems to be coming from! it seems to be coming out of the bottom of the pollen filter.... any body had this problem? and if so how do you stop the water getting in their...

looks like your still having fun with that injector:( had a word with the fitter who dose the work on brothers lorry, he said you should not split the injector leave it in one peace!!! as for the spanner he said what you have done make your own :thumbs

i will ask him tomorrow:) he like to be pestered on a sunday:thumb2 ware would the fun be if every thing was straight forward!!!!!! hmm life may be a little less stressful.....:)
