Hi All, My mum had exactly the same thing on her Hyundai Accent... Clutch fluid level dropping with no signs of leaks. Turned out to be the leaking into the Brake servo, this was slowly filling up with fluid. Hence no signs of a leak anywhere. Might be worth a look. Cheers Steve.
