    My new 4x4

I had the old 2.6 MK1 and was mega impressed hence got the new 3.1diesel, and love it! I suppose the T2 is alot more ROAD refined but don't use either much.

    My new 4x4

very good on road, very similar to the terranos. The Troopers for off-roading, will lift it soon and get big mud tyres. Had a 1991 Trooper before this one and that was great car
  14. Mundy

    Diesel or Petrol

Diesel, especially the TDi one as alot better
  15. Mundy

    My new 4x4

Only done 78,000miles with previous owner of 10yrs being a DR! Must say- drives better than T2 and is alot more spacious.

    Black smoke on acceleration

My mate who's a mechanic tells me to just give mine a good boot for half hour every so often, might be worth trying? Mine just sits in garage 90% of time and when gets used is only round town so gives alot of smoke on start up and accleration but after a good boot she clears up?
  17. Mundy

Wht are T2's so uncomfortable to drive

I like mine, don't get aches and pains driving long distances, not as comfortable as my old jeep tho, that was very comfy :D

    Thatcham alarm certificate?

nice one ;) Vauxhall Monterey is on that website, I assume as they are made in same factory then the Trooper should have one? Nice trooper thoug, P reg SWB, 1 previous owner (who was a DR) and only done 78,000miles!!
  19. Mundy
