As an update does anyone know are stud placement /offsets for terrano's ok for use on xtrail ? :confused:

Has anyone changed their full size steel spare for A alloy & now doesnt know what to do with it , would like to buy if price is reasonable (ie dirt cheap ;))want to put A set together to try to shake its softroader image A bit :lol

I guess he followed me for about 2 miles in which I could possibly have let it slide A little:o over the 30 mark on my speedo but then I did indicate and turn left very quicklyin front of him :sly didnt realise he was who he was & just thought it was someone being very silly sitting too close :doh

So that means I take it that as long as I keep to 30ish:augie shouldnt be A problem doesnt bother me too much nore concerned if it was A trait that others should be aware of , had A very nice man flash his blue lights at me the other day so I take it was not happy with me doing +10%;)

70 seems about same on sat nav as on speedo , it seems to be in lower range ( where its gonna get me nicked :( that it goes t*t's up still even with speedo reading low doing high 30+ mpg :D

I will be coming down coast from N/Wales (live in Denbishire) so would be passing probably , see how things go about that !

By the way am off to Pembroke dock in summer to see some relations , where abouts in west wales are you ?

Its on its standard boots very much road use directionals (on it when I bought it )

how far back up the road did you check for diesel etc , did you check actual tyres if anything on them:confused:

any difference in pedal height ?

did you get out at the scene ? just wondering if it could be diesel on the road hellish slippy
