80 degrees :nenau that's hot mate!! 3mm is what I used, had one lot that lasted 2 mins and this lot I bought 5 meters off is lasting well. Try a different pipe on each section and see which performs best :thumb2

If you have a new battery and connections are all good then 100% its the starter motor. Dont get a cheapo one if your keeping it as they don't last very long!!!
