My Mav did have air con... it was empty and the aircon rad is lying behind the garage at the moment. never used it anyway, so jettison extra weight, increase MPG NOT Lol

Good advice there about re-checking the tightness, hadn't thought of that. I did get my local garage to check the studs and they are knack'd to the point I have only 5 nuts on each wheel as they wont tighten up at all now..... Best intentions dot always turn out that way huh... :doh

Guys I need to replace a wheel stud, can I follow the guide but instead of removing the calliper and disc, just separate the hub and leave the rest in place?

Can someone tell me the size of the holes in the crossmember that the radiator mounts fit into? I am getting a new cross member fitted tomorrow and the guy fitting it needs to know so he brings the right drill bits etc...
